No dia 21/04/2010, o CEA receberá a visita do piloto-engenheiro russo Nikolay Timofeev. Nikolay é tri-campeão mundial de acrobacia ilimitada pela FAI e foi, também, piloto de teste do famoso Sukhoi 26, uma das principais aeronaves utilizadas no cenário da acrobacia profissional mundial.
Durante o treinamento do piloto Marcos Geraldi no último mês de novembro, Nikolay manifestou interesse em conhecer o CEA-309 Mehari, conhecer os trabalhos do CEA e sua relação com a aviação geral, bem como continuar o treinamento do piloto Marcos. Os alunos estão convidados a comparecer no próximo final de semana (24/04 e 25/04) ao hangar do CEA em Conselheiro Lafaiete. Seja bem vindo Nikolay!

Nikolay is three times champion of FAI's World Unlimited Aerobatics Competition and was, also, test pilot of the famous Sukhoi 26, one of the main aircrafts flown in the world professional aerobatics scenario. During pilot Marcos Geraldi's training last november, Nikolay became interested in knowing CEA-309 Mehari, the projects at CEA and its links with general aviation, as well as continuing Marcos training. The students are invited to go to CEA's hangar next weekend (24/04 and 25/04) in Conselheiro Lafaiete. Welcome Nikolay!
