No ultimo ano o CEA-UFMG esteve envolvido no desenvolvimento de tecnologias para o TEAM 45 da Red Bull Air Race World Series. O TEAM 45, capitaneado pelo Cmte. Glen Dell, tem sua base na cidade de Pretória, na Africa do Sul. Novas carenagens aerodinâmicas, rotinas computacionais para otimização de trajetória e um sistema para ensaios em vôo foram os trabalhos desenvolvidos! Mais informações em breve!
During the last year the CEA-UFMG was involved with technological developments for TEAM 45 at Red Bull Air Race World Series. TEAM 45 is based on Pretória, South Africa and is chiefed by Capt. Glen Dell. Among the developments there are new aerodynamics fairings, race path optimization and flight tests and telemetry. More informations soon!
